(Spruce Grove, AB) – Spruce Grove Saints General Manager Rob Sklaruk announced today forward Bradley Gallo has signed a Letter of Intent for the upcoming 2023-2024 season.
The Sturgeon County, Alberta native suited up with the St. Albert Raiders in the Alberta Elite Hockey League’s U18 Division and played one game for the Saints last season. He made his Alberta Junior Hockey League debut on February 24th, when the Saints defeated the Fort McMurray Oil Barons 4-3 in overtime.
Gallo, who stands at 5’7″ and weighs 172 pounds, had an impressive season with the Raiders, recording 47 points (25 goals, 22 assists) in 37 regular-season games. His contributions helped the Raiders secure a 26-9-2-1 record and a first place finish in the North Division. Gallo continued to excel in the playoffs, notching three goals and adding five assists in 10 games, helping lead the Raiders to the league final.
Gallo spent two seasons with the St. Albert Raiders, putting up 74 total points in 73 games.
Saints General Manager Rob Sklaruk says, “Bradley is a skilled player who plays the game with a motor that doesn’t stop. He looked comfortable and robust when he suited up with us last year. We are excited to see him in action full time next season.”

The Spruce Grove Saints had an exceptional season, setting a new franchise record for wins on home ice and earning over 100 points in the regular season for the first time in the Silent Ice Sports & Entertainment ownership era. They also claimed the 2023 North Division Champions title after defeating the Sherwood Park Crusaders and Bonnyville Pontiacs in the playoffs.
