The Spruce Grove Saints Hockey Club is excited to announce the launch of the Saints Breakfast Club.
The Saints Breakfast Club will consist of eight one (1) hour 7:15am ? 8:15am Tuesday morning sessions beginning Tuesday, November 3, 2020 and wrapping up Tuesday, December 22, 2020 well be held at the Grant Fuhr Arena.
All sessions will be led by Saints Coaching Staff and Saint Players.
The sessions will focus on individual skill development, fundamental skating ability, puck control and proper passing / shooting technique.
The program is available to all players participating in the U13 ? U18 levels.
