Saints Add Adam Hall to Forward Group
(Spruce Grove, AB) ? Spruce Grove Saints General Manager Rob Sklaruk announced today that forward Adam Hall (Edmonton,AB) has joined the Saints organization from the WHL?s Lethbridge Hurricanes.
Hall, who played his minor hockey for the Canadian Athletic Club (CAC) program based out of Edmonton returns to the Capital Region after spending 36 games with the Hurricanes for the 2018-19 season. In 36 regular season contests Hall registered 1 goal, 4 assists and 14 penalty minutes.
Listed at 6?2? and 209 lbs. Hall brings size and grit to the Saints line up just in time before a difficult 2 game road trip in Fort McMurray, tonight and tomorrow vs. a hard working and physical Oil Barons squad.
With Hall?s size and grit comes a history of offensive production as the 18-year-old forward compiled 59 points (26 goals, 33 assists) in 67 games of Minor and AAA Midget hockey for the Canadians in the AMMHL and AMHL respectively.
GM Rob Sklaruk commented on the Saints most recent addition.
?Adam attended our previous spring and fall camps so there is already a sense of familiarity with him and what he can do as a player. He?s a great kid and we feel he will add another dynamic to our line up.? Sklaruk continued. ?We are thrilled for Adam to be part of our group and believe with an increased role, Adam will be a very effective player for us.?
