The reigning North Division champion Spruce Grove Saints will play a 32-game regular season, with games beginning next Friday, November 13th. The Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) announced the official schedule today for the upcoming season. A decision on the Annual AJHL Showcase, season end date, and playoff format will be announced at a later time.
The Saints will open the season with a home and home series against their Highway 16 rivals, the Sherwood Park Crusaders on Friday, November 13th at the Grant Fuhr Arena. The Saints will then travel to Sherwood Park to face the Crusaders on Saturday, November 14th.

The Alberta Junior Hockey League is operating under the Government of Alberta?s Junior, Collegiate and University League Guidance, developed to support leagues in returning to play and reducing the risk of transmission of COVID-19.
The AJHL Regular Season protocols are in alignment with Hockey Canada?s Return to Hockey Safety Guidelines and Hockey Alberta?s Return to Hockey Plan in focusing on the safety and wellbeing of all participants and spectators.
Grant Fuhr Arena capacity limits, social distancing protocols within the facility, as well as the process to purchase tickets will be decided and announced by the City of Spruce Grove and the Spruce Grove Saints in advance of the home opener. No League Passes will be accepted for entry, including all AJHL and CJHL accreditation, until facility capacity limits are significantly increased.
All Spruce Grove Saints regular season games will be broadcast on the Saints Radio Network (mixlr.com/sprucegrovesaints) as well as on HockeyTV.com.
