(Spruce Grove, AB) – Spruce Grove Saints General Manager Rob Sklaruk announced today forward Decker Mujcin has signed a Letter of Intent for the upcoming 2022-2023 season.

Mujcin is a member of the Cariboo Cougars U18AAA program based out of Prince George, British Columbia. He has compiled 28 points (14 goals, 14 assists) in 24 games played this season.

The Saints currently have two former Cougars (defenseman Brophy Dunne and forward Hunter Brown) on their active roster.

General Manager Rob Sklaruk is thrilled to add another member of the Cariboo Cougars to his organization for next season saying,

“Decker plays a hard, physical game and possess a high level of compete. He is extremely powerful, with an relentless desire to drive the net. Mujcin is incredibly skilled in tight and is exceptionally creative with the puck.”

The Saints would like to welcome Decker and the entire Mujcin family to the organization!

The Saints take on the Grande Prairie Storm tomorrow night at the Grant Fuhr Arena at 7:00pm.
